If a deposit on migo fails to complete, first check your e-wallet or bank account to confirm whether funds were deducted. If your balance decreased, the transaction was sent to migo but may not have been credited to your migo wallet due to a network interruption. Log into your migo account and check your transaction history under "Deposit Status". If the transaction shows as "Pending," migo automatically reconciles it within 24 hours. If it shows as "Failed," your funds were returned to your payment provider within 2–5 business days. Do not attempt to retry immediately; wait at least subject to verification.
